Central Yacht club renovation

Project for a long-time convertion Yacht-Club territory into a new marvelous city-space. Place, where city meets the sea. Project splits the process in three phases. Phase one - land improvement. Removement of temporary and illegal objects. New parking lot. New pedestrian axis along new pergola. Several blocks of WCs, schowers and saunas all aruond the club. New light structures for awards ceremony pavillion and open swimming pool. Mutifunctiuonal square. Reconstruction of the existing pier system. Phase two: building new boat sheds and reconstruction of the existing buildings. Phase three: building new south pier with a number of new boat parking places.
